SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once an order is received, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed. We ship out every Friday of every week. A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it ships. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at check-out.
Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase, we cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect address' once your order has been placed.
Kleine Dissipels cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies.
If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we are a small business and can’t have a return policy like large companies. We do our best to accommodate our customers return requests.
You can request a return within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non refundable. All items must be returned in original packaging, in new and unused condition.
Our team will process returns once they arrive back to our warehouse, please allow 7-15 business days for them to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
